The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic is designed for the Yamaha MT-09 and MT-09 SP models 2021 to 2023. This product enables solid and safe installation of a corresponding tank bag directly on the motorcycle.

The scope of delivery of the tanking basic contains the ring itself and an adaptable counter holder, which is installed depending on the specific tank shape and the handlebar attack on the tank bag. Even when fueling is attached, access to the tank cover remains unimpeded.

The installation of the tanking only requires this and a compatible tank bag for the models mentioned. Information on specific tankingen for various motorcycle models can be found in the manufacturer's "My Bike" database.

Differences between lock-it and basic tankingen:

Both tanking variants basically work the same, but the basic tanking offers a purely mechanical locking, while the lock-IT tanking also works with magnets for centering. The main difference lies in the materials mounted on the tanking, while the basic structure remains identical.

Further information:

A tank bag with lock-IT counterholder is not compatible with a basic tanking ring and vice versa. It is important that both components come from the same system.
