HONDA CRF 450 [2021-2024] - Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system

This Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system from Akrapovic has been developed specifically for the Honda CRF450R/RX from model year 2021. This high quality system is tailored to make the most of the limited space within the motorcycle and combines performance with durability for extreme conditions and the challenges of off-road racing. Using lightweight, high-grade titanium, the system is 26.5% lighter than the standard exhaust system.

The innovative construction with different material thicknesses offers perfect protection and contributes to weight reduction. A re-profiled surface influences the sound to meet FIM competition noise limits, while providing increased silencer strength and durability. This delivers a deep, full sound that reflects the balanced pulse of the single-cylinder engine.

The system not only improves performance by increasing power and torque by an additional 2.1 kW (2.8 hp) at 9,750 rpm and 1.8 Nm at 9,460 rpm, but also enables optimized gas evacuation, resulting in improved response across the entire speed range. Another advantage is the simple plug-and-play installation process that does not require reconfiguration of the motor controller.
